You get a live link on day three or four. It updates as we go, so you are never sitting through silence waiting for a reveal. Two rounds of changes are included, and we keep a written list of what changed.

You tell us what the site has to do. We turn that into a page list, put a figure against it in an email you can keep, and you decide from there. Nothing is charged before you sign, and the figure holds for the scope you signed.
What moves the figure: how many pages there are, whether it sells things, and how much of the writing and the picture work we do. Add pages later and we quote that addition on its own, and you approve it before we touch anything. Hosting and domain renewals are paid by you, straight to whoever provides them, because those accounts are yours.
Straight answers, including the ones where we say no.
Sometimes you should. If you need five pages, no store and no custom work, a good template on a normal platform will do the job and we will tell you that on the call rather than take the money.
The gap shows up when the site has to be quick, has to sell, or has to do something the template never planned for. Then you spend months fighting a theme, adding plugins, and watching the page get slower. That is the point where building it properly is the sensible call.
You do, all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, the code repository is yours, and the analytics property is yours. We are added as a guest and you can remove us in one click.
We do not host your site on an account you cannot reach, and we do not hold a copy of anything back to squeeze a final invoice out of you.
Text, prices and images you change yourself. We set those up so they can be edited without touching code, and we record a walkthrough at handover.
New pages or new features come back to us as a small fixed quote, agreed before we start. There is no standing fee, and no clock running while you decide. Because the code is plain and yours, another developer can pick it up instead. That is on purpose.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls a search engine and nobody can promise you a number of sales.
What we do promise is the part we control. Clean markup, proper titles and headings, a sitemap, pages that load fast on a slow phone, and speed targets we agree in writing and hold before handover. Then we hand you the analytics so you can see for yourself what is happening.
A couple of lines is plenty. We reply with a page list and a written quote, usually within one working day. A person reads it and a person answers.
